Orders
To order a product, visit one of our retail outlets or send us an email at info@rusee.be . We will get in touch with you as quickly as possible to offer a made-to-measure solution, in the materials and colours of your choice. We guarantee delivery within 6 weeks of your order date.
Private sales
If you are interested in organising a private sale and think you can get at least 7 people to take part, please contact us by email at info@rusee.be. We would love to show you are different models, as well as the leathers and colours available in a welcoming, friendly setting. We guarantee delivery within 6 weeks of your order date.
Payment
For made-to-measure orders, we require a 50% deposit when you order, with the balance due when you receive your product.
Looking after your handbag
To look after your handbag, the usual recommendation is to apply a special cream with a soft cloth in circular movements. However, to limit your impact on the environment, we would encourage you to let time do its thing. For our accessories, we choose the best parts, as well as the most resistant ones. Leather is a living material that develops a lovely patina with age, and some marks or irregularities are natural characteristics inherent to the product, which we feel contribute to the unique beauty of each model.
Ethics
All of our products are designed in Belgium and made in France. All of our pieces are made using premium quality leather offcuts. Our linings are made using certified GOTS organic cotton. All the materials are recyclable. For our packaging and communication material, we only use recycled or certified sustainable materials (recycled cotton, FSC tissue paper).
Sold out
The process involved in collecting and recycling leather offcuts means that colours are unpredictable. This is exactly what makes your bag unique and special. It also means that colours are limited to a few items. Once the colours have run out, we do everything we can to offer you a new combination of colours as quickly as possible.
